Shamanism is the most ancient form of healing practiced by humans worldwide (40 000 years or more) and a way to connect with your deeper self through communion with nature and your helping spirits. The word shaman originates from the Tungus tribe in Siberia. It translates as “one who knows”.

Shamanic healing facilitates healing of the soul and is based on the notion that most illnesses (physical, mental, and emotional) have an underlying spiritual correlation.

A shamanic healing practitioner will act as an intermediary between you and your helping spirits in non-ordinary reality. In order to journey and connect with these helping spirits, the shamanic practitioner enters a trance state with the use of drums and rattles.
