Lisa is originally from New England but now enjoys the beautiful California central coast where she has been raising and homeschooling her children. Lisa has been involved in the healing arts for many years and is a trained and licensed Occupational Therapist, massage therapist, and structural bodyworker.
She graduated with honors from Boston University with a degree in Occupational Therapy and attended the Central California School of Bodywork for her massage training where she became an assistant instructor in lymphatic massage. Lisa trained for an additional 2 years with Judith Aston receiving her certification in Aston Kinetics, a structural form of bodywork and movement education. She has worked in inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, skilled nursing facilities, resort spa, and private practice massage therapy.
Lisa is currently a student at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy studying to become a homeopathic practitioner. Lisa specializes in intuitive and therapeutic massage, with the intent to release holding patterns and create increased comfort, ease, and flexibility in movement, as well as relaxation and wellness.
